Hi Sarah,

The Es* from Venice SL to Florence is about 3 hr. You then take a train or rent a car for Lucca.

Thx Ira! Yes, the plan is to fly into Marco Polo airport, stay in Venice at the Pensione Accademia and then take a train out of Venice. After reading all the details, it sounds wise to rent a car for the Tuscany area only so we can have access to other towns. Then fly out of either Pisa or Florence to depart for home.
