The Bourse de Commerce is using time slots like every other Paris museum, so people do queue up until they are allowed in since everybody always arrives ahead of time. If you were to arrive at the exact time of your reservation, you could probably walk right in because the queue disappears very fast.

LOL! Was just reviewing this entire thread and happened to notice my labelling gaffe @120 i.e. that weird Art Installation thing. It was in a gallery on the Left Bank, not the 'West' Bank as I erroneously indicated---we've never been to Israel or Palestine.
