Pensiones or B&B's in Positano

Does anyone know of any cheap pensiones in Positano? I found a list of them but was wondering if anyone had stayed in any of them. My daughter and friend will be there next week, were going to stay at the hostel but if they could find a reasonable pensione or B&B, they would appreciate the privacy.

Paula - 'Cheap' and 'Positano' don't usually go in the same sentence.

Anything on the 'less expensive' side usually gets booked up well in advance. So for next week there's no chance, I think.

The hostel (Brikette) has 2 or 3 basic twin-bed rooms, I believe. I suggest you contact them straight away if you want to book.

Hope this helps ...

Steve, Thanks for the message. When I meant cheap that was relative for Positano because I know everything is expensive there. My daughter and her friend did go ahead and reserve at the hostel, Brikette. The only thing they could get where the dorm rooms but at least they have a bed. I had just seen a list of pensiones and would have taken made a few phone calls if anyone had stayed at them. You never know when the smaller places might have a room. Anyway, thanks for the info.
