Great showman and a great chef. Especially the desert plate which had a little of each desert he made.

We had the opportunity to eat at his restaurant about 30 years ago when both the dollar and M. Bocuse were stronger. I still remember the black truffle soup with the pastry cover. M. Bocuse made his appearance in the dining room to turn the manual rotisserie for a roast chicken or two. Ave atque vale.
