Pau to Lourdes?

Could anyone recommend or point me in the direction of a tour operator or bus/train schedule that might make a day trip from Pau to Lourdes feasible?

I understand Lourdes is less than an hour away (hopefully that is correct), but I can't find any specific information on tours or transport - all the searches I come up with only mention 7-day tours or travel from Paris/Rome.

Thanks in advance -

There are trains (about 40 mins journey) every couple of hours each way. I can't imagine why anyone wpould other with a tour operator. Just go along to Pau station and buy a ticket. For timetables, go to the SNCF site

It's about a half hour drive from the Pau East turnoff on the A64.

Thanks.

Pau doesn't seem to be a station on the SNCF dropdown site though. Am I missing it?

Am happy not to go with a tour operator - just wasn't sure if it was an option.

Not sure what the problem is. I checked
http://www.voyages-sncf.com
entered Pau for Depart and Lourdes for Arrivee, and got lots of trains - it's about a 30 minute ride.

There's an SNCF site aimed at the UK market with a drop down menu that has a limited station choice.

You need the main voyages-sncf site for local trains.

That was indeed the issue - I was directed to the limited UK page. Many thanks for the help.
