Passenger Locator Form Italy
Hello again Fodorites. In filling out the above where it asks for date and time of arrival and final destination of arrival, am I correct in assuming if I am flying into Rome and connecting to Catania, then I should put in this information for Catania and not for FCO? Also, I believe I can fill the form out any time although it is recommend 48 hours prior (I suspect for flight changes, etc.) is that your understanding as well? I know you can go in and edit it so I would like to fill it out when I have time to focus and not do it in a hurry. It looks like Italy no longer requires a covid test prior to travel from the U.S. if you are fully vaccinated and the only other thing I need is the locator form and proof of vaccination. At least at the moment! Leaving May 10th. Thanks all.

You should fill out the passenger locater form for your final destination. We filled ours out online on the Lufthansa website, and got a confirmation by email. However, when we got to the airport, they couldn't find it online.
You don't need a Covid test to enter Italy, just proof of vaccination.

And, you may find, that by May 10, with the current speed of the dismantling of Covid-related rules (despite Covid surges in many places), you may not even need the PLF. More significantly, don't worry too much about your answers. It is quite likely, no one will ever see any of them.
