I am trying to fill out the Passenger Locator Card before arriving in Lisbon.

However, I am flying in in the morning and will spend the day in Lisbon before flying on to Spain. So I have hotel or other address, as I am not spending the night.

What will happen when I do not fill out the address fields in the form?

The airport would be my guess.

You mean enter the Airport address?

That is really the only physical address you have. If they need to locate you they normally do by cell or email.

You will not be able to complete the form if you do not fill out the address. We had a layover in Lisbon, and I entered the address for the airport. You have to make sure you have the airport zip code as well. In fact, several days before we left, a representative from TAP in Lisbon called me to go over our schedule and to ask me if I had any questions. I asked her what address I should use since we weren't overnighting in Lisbon, and she told me to use the airport address.

Thank you Karen! I am going to ask our apartment owner if she has a problem with us giving her address. I always think it is a sneaky way to see who is renting. The Marriott is across the street from our Brussels apartment. I could be one number off. They said they really only get in touch with you via email or text.
