Lynda,
I agree 100% with the previous posters. Check this and other forums as well as some of the great restaurant guides. I am partial to both "Pudlo Paris" as well as Alexander Lobrano's
"Hungry for Paris". Both books are available at local book stores or Amazon and both have many recomendations in the 30 -35 Euro per person price range.

I've used the Michelin Red Guide book to find some good restaurants. I don't do the star'ed restaurants ($$$), but the others that they recommend. Chez Rene and Au Moulin a Vent Chez Henri were two that came out of that guide. Chez Clement and La Jacobine were two that I tried last trip, both in 6th. Liked them both. Le Petit Zinc in the 6th was good when I went a few years back, have not read anything bad since. Rotisserie du Beaujolais is a good one for their chicken, with a nice location by Seine (5th)
