Hotels In Venice
Hi Everyone,
Thank you to those of you who answered my last few questions.
I have booked hotels in Rome and Florence.
Please make suggestions for a hotel in Venice for my husband and I which is centrally located.
We are looking at spending between $150 and $200.00 U.S.
Thanks

I have read good things about Al Ponte Mocenigo. Rates are moderate and it seems like a nice hotel.

I just booked PENSIONE LA CALCINA for a July visit. It's a 3-star hotel on a canal, apparently about a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco, and has gotten consistently good reviews here on Fodors. The room rate ( no canal view) is about $156/night, buffet breakfast and taxes included

I have stayed at Pensione La Calcina twice and highly recommend it. Excellent 3-star hotel with nice breakfast included in the price.
