Paris transfers to and from hotel

I will be arriving via Eurostar and leaving out of Orly. Would appreciate any inputs on the best transfer options from Gare du Nord to hotel and from hotel to Orly. Shuttles or private cars please.

Well, I'm not sure the shuttles will pick up at Gare du Nord. That's why I asked where the hotel is...

If there are no shuttles from Gare du Nord to the hotel, would taxis be hard to get from the station?

Taxis are easy to find at railway stations, including Gare du Nord, which always has a plentiful supply (thanks in part to the Eurostar).
