Definitely do the Segway tour with Mikes but reserve a couple of days in advance; we also went out to Roland Garros stadium where you can get a tour if tennis is of interest to you; bertillon ice cream is closed for the summer; go to the Rodin museum and have your picture taken posing as The Thinker!

I second St. Cirq's suggestion. It was one of our most memorable luncheons ever, and we had the good fortune to sit out on the veranda area that is the scene of the party in the painting. Lovely food, charming setting - memorable!

if you're into antiques or general etcetera, you might enjoy an afternoon at hotel druhot (which is paris' answer to southeby and christies).
it is chock a block full of different salons auctioning everything from 10 euro lots of art books to 1 million euro paintings, tapastries and furnishings.
the atmosphere is electric with both dealers and collectors vying for special items. you can walk from room to room with bidding activity constant.
