Perhaps it is now, but it wasn't the last time I went there (3 years ago or so). The last few times I've been in Paris it's been only for 2-3 days at a time and I haven't even purchased a Museum Pass, so I'm not up to date on pass info. I'm sure someone else will know for sure.
