I booked Shuttle-Inter for pickup upon arrival at CDG this past September, and to take us from our hotel to Orly 3 days later. It did not show up either time. From CDG, we easily got a taxi curbside -- the driver was very pleasant, but the traffic was extremely heavy. When we were ready to go to Orly, I asked the hotel desk to call a taxi, but apparently one wasn't available (this was at about 9:00 am). I was unable to flag one down on the street, so I walked over to the taxi rank on Blvd St Michele, about 2 blocks from our hotel on Rue St Jacques, and explained to the driver that I needed to go to my hotel for my Mom & my baggage, then to Orly -- not a problem. We were picking up our car, and didn't need to catch a flight, so timing wasn't a big issue for us.

So, bottom line: Don't bother with a shuttle, just get a taxi. If you need to catch a train or plane at a specific time, allow plenty of time to get a taxi, and be prepared to go chase one down yourself. Finally, if you do decide to book a shuttle, book one that doesn't require payment in advance...Shuttle-Inter does not, so I wasn't out any cash.

Parishuttle failed pretty badly for us.
Didn't meet us, didn't show up for 20 minutes after we called, didn't remember our reservation, and got lost on the way to the hotel.

I suggest you try a different shuttle company.

Paris Shuttle Service
Nightmare - they basically left us abandoned and took no responsibility for it.
www.parisshuttleservice.com is to be avoided at all costs.
Service level no better than criminals - It cost over 200 euros and 4 hours of time not counting the stress.
I will do everything possible to ensure no other people are left with a young child and luggage in Paris.
Opinion - worse than what you could imagine
I have the sms messages where they told us they weren't coming 2 minutes after the pick-up time
Paris – Beauvais – Get the Ryanair bus and save the pain
Please contact me for any clarification on the worst service ever. The city was great, the people friendly but this was what ruined it…….

Do not use TAXILEADER in Paris. I left my change purse in the cab and tried to call them at leave ten times. Left messages and they never called back. Unreliable, and I would say, at this point, not honest.
