Paris Perfumerie
A girlfriend has just asked me to buy her a bottle of perfume that she could only find in France. She purchased it in a large perfumerie on Champs Elysee somewhere but can't remember the name of the store, anyone got any ideas?

I could be completely wrong here, but could she be referring to Sephora on the Champs Elysee? I know there are lots in the US but they may carry items only found in France (or else know where you can find your particular perfume).

Girls, Sephora it is! We live in Australia and unfortunately don't have that store here. I knew you'd come through. Any idea where exactly it is on the Champs Elysee?

Toni, We have one in the Boston Area, should her friends come here but you still didn't say which scent. Why?
You deserve going to Galeries Lafayette, which sits on Boulevard Haussmann (metro station: Chaussée d'Antin, or Havre-Caumartin). You can buy there any "parfum" you name. Enjoying its spectacular, magnificent old building dating from Belle Époque is free, dont't miss ! Second option: Samaritaine, viewing Seine River (metro station: Pont Neuf). Don't miss the view from the roof (2 restaurants there, one very cozy/expensive, the other more affordable, try it).
