Ismael I stayed in a superior double a large room that included a nice breakfast buffet in the 109 euro price. The BW Belloy is a business hotel in a good location across from the Cluny museum. Although it's right off St. Michael Blvd. the room was Quiet.

My husband & I stayed at the Hotel Belloy in the Spring 2001. They were remodeling at the time (pre-BW days). So this may be old, but I'm sure it is in the same place. Perfect location, w/in walking distance to Notre Dame, bus & RER train station, even the Louvre if you like the exercise. Our room was small, no a/c as in most Parisian hotels so we had the windows (or balcony door?) cracked open for some air. We went in April but the room could get stuffy at night. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the street to avoid all the traffic noise. Boul'Mich is a main thoroughfare. The staff was very helpful. One male staff in particular left his desk to show us where to get the bus. Also we felt safe walking back at 10 pm after seeing the town. You past the Latin Quarters which was always busy. Overall, I'd stay there again. Bon voyage!

The hotel Belloy St Germain is a really good one. One of my friend went there last night and he's very happy. He booked a room on their website: http://www.belloy-saint-germain.com/ because they make special offers in it. In March, it costs 109 € instead of 219 €!!!
This hotel is air-conditionned.
Have a nice trip in Paris!!!

Thanks all of you for your kind answers.
As I can see at the leaflet of the hotel, all rooms have air conditioned.
