Has anyone stayed at Hotel Grand Powers, are the rooms quiet?

If you jump on to booking.com you can read what guests have to say about noise and quiet under their reviews. It does actually get reviews saying that there is some noise both internal and from the street especially rooms facing Francois 1st. That is kind of surprising since it looks like a nice property.

I should add that I haven't stayed there but know the area and the neighborhood shouldn't be too bad for noise but it can have a fair amount of traffic.
