Paris forecast...rain all week?!!

...Figures that I finally convince my husband we should go to Paris, and they're expecting showers all next week while we're there. Looks like I've just figured out what to bring for outerwear.

Weather forecasts for this basically sea and very chageable climate i think are notoriously inaccurate - as are long-range weather forecasts in general - so hope for sun or at least not rain all week. In any case don't let it rain on your parade.

It might, it might not. It probably won't rain all day every day. Paris has the most changeable weather of any city I know of.

We were there last Oct for a week that was gray and drizzly most of the time (except for one glorious day)Nevertheless we had a wonderful time and are returning to Paris next week! Only tip... if you plan to visit St. Chappelle... try to go on a sunny day.

It was supposed to rain all this week as well - every day had rain in the forecast. Well, we arrived Saturday and it's now Thursday. We had rain the first 2 nights and since then, no rain. In fact, we've had a fair amount of sun. So who knows? Are the weather reports ever right? I'd love to have a job where I could wrong 99% of the time!

I agree with the above posters. The weather forecasts are broadcasted on TV (on several local channels) every hour or every couple hours and their forecasts change depending on how the day's actually looking.

This is not to say you won't have rain but I wouldn't worry about it too much. Paris will look beautiful anyway.
