Paris Flea Markets/ toilets ?

Are public bathrooms located within or closeby the large flea markets ? I have seen locked stalls for the dealers at one but not one for the people shopping.

While I don't recall them specifically, I seem to recall them being there at the Marche des Puces de St-Ouen.
