It is possible. You can use www.tgv.com
Look for the very few direct TGV departures, or those with 1 connection (transfer) at Marne-la-Vallee. Otherwise, it's the RER into Paris, Gare du Nord, then the TGV.

Leave the country as France.
You want Roissy (95) to Strasbourg.
There is a direct train at 12:54.
PREMS fare is about 25E.
The TGV station is in Terminal 2, between C/D and E/F.
