Go with Javawater's recommendation! We just returned from Paris and rented at the Palais Royal through www.parisvacationapartments.com and can't say enough. These are professionals all the way. The apartments we rented (a 3 -3 1/2 and a 2-2) were incredible. And the service is more so. I will never go without renting from Alex.

We may each have our own opinions but my idea of the "best apartments in Paris" does not include an open bathtub with a hand held shower that floods the floor and a fold down bed without a box spring as the only non-two bedroom one www.lacigaleparis.com
has. Nor does it have air conditioning if renting in the summer.

I have a question about Lodgis agency. Can anybody, who used their services, clarify if I have to pay any extra for electricity, bed linen, cleaning of the appartment, when I check out? What was your experience? (I am going to stay for 10 days in the studio). Thanks!
