Paris Apartment Ile St. Louis (Latin Quarter?)

Trying to decide between booking this same apartment that we had that october for 1586 EUR or this one in the middle of the island for 1264 EUR. Anyone have any thoughts on the area of the latter apartment? Is it a noisy area? It's a bit smaller and a bit cheaper but I do love the river view of the first one.
