starrs, I have heard such nice things about that hotel. I thought it was a bit pricey for us when we last visited but wish we had splurged. Next time!

KTravel, check the rates for your dates. Some dates are pricey. I've been lucky enough to stay there a few times when the price is in the low 200s. I get the smallest room but it doesn't feel small and the bathroom is gorgeous. It was Mimi's favorite for years, before the renovation in the 90s. I absolutely love it and it feels like home to me. It's a favorite of a few Fodorites, I've learned after staying there. I love breakfast there and the rest of the lobby feels like a home. Wonderful, peaceful, small, serene. I stayed on the Right bank a couple of trips ago, because I really wanted to stay in the new Hilton in the old Astor mansion. That room was huge and gorgeous and was very expensive - IMO. I loved the room, but did not enjoy the impersonal lobby nor being on the Right bank. Of course, the yellow vest protests may have colored my experience. Couldn't wait to get back "home". I'll post some breakfast photos. An additional cost now.

Any recommendations for the best Paris airport hotel that is easy to get to the terminal?

Can I use the layover to enjoy the Paris Olympics 2024? I doubt I can but still want to know from experts. Do help me!

This thread was started during Covid times. The Olympics are an entirely different situation. You should start a new thread with the details of your layover and what exactly you hope to accomplish in the time available.
