Ordering shoes from Zappos

Has anyone had experience ordering from Zappo's?
I was wondering about their return policy, they say that they will pay the return postage. How long does it take them to credit your charge account?,any hassles here?
Thanks
Audrey

I've always had good experiences with Zappo's. I haven't had to return anything but I do like the free shipping. The last time I ordered from them they came the very next day Fedex.

liver227-
I have shopped at Zappos in the past and have never had a problem returning shoes. You can print your return label online, then drop it off for UPS. The credit happens within 5-7 days of them receiving your merchandise back.

I actually prefer shoebuy.com to Zappos- they're faster at crediting your account and sometimes have better prices (and better customer service).

At either site, they really do mean free returns, so don't worry. I've returned more shoes that I've kept and they still let me shop... Happy shoppping!

I've had fabulous luck with Zappos. Love the reviews. If you want to return a pair, you just go to the website and access your order, then click on return, and you'll receive a prepaid UPS or USPS (your choice) shipping label to print. Credit is issued promptly (you'll receive an e-mail confirming same).

Another satisfied Zappo's (and shoebuy) customer here: I've had no problem with returns to either place, and they credit your charge card account very promptly.

I've also used both Zappos and Shoebuy and had no problem returning things and getting prompt credit (at least on Zappos, don't think I returned anything on the other one).

I've had great experience with Zappo's, though I've never had to return anything.

I have exercised their price guarantee, though. If you find the same pair of shoes (same size, color and being available) on another website, Zappo's will match that price and also refund you another 10% (I think) of the price difference.

It was incredibly easy and the customer service person was very pleasant. The amount was credited to my credit card immediately.

My experience with zappos.com is good. I have never had to return anything either so don't know about credit timing.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos last Wednesday and was told that they would arrive in two days. When I got home the next afternoon, they were waiting for me. Pretty amazing. This is only the second time I've ordered from them, but I'm certainly impressed so far by the service, selection and cost. I was trying to get Florsheim comfortech thatI'd had trouble finding. Zappos had a wide selection.
