About those trams to Andel... You can pick up at least one of the lines around IP Pavlova. It goes right to Bertramka. It used to be trickier when Andel was torn up for repairs, but the work is done now.

Bertramka is cool if you can catch a concert there, also. Otherwise, like I said before, it is kind of out of the way of other popular sites. The Movenpick Hotel next to it is excellent, though, and worth having a meal at. The funicular ride to the top is cool, and there is a bar & a fancy restaurant at the top, as well as more casual restaurants in the main building below.
