The other olive oil we had from there was the Bouteillan; delicious. I will buy more when I go by car, but you can't take oil by plane anymore, and I don't want to put it in my luggage.
At this shop they only keep oil for a year maximum.

The gal at Coopérative oléicole de la Vallée des Baux told us their olive oil is good for a year unopened; 3-4 months opened. And yes, there is a date on the label. I anxiously wait for their new batch every March.
