Olga e-mail

Hello fodors travellers,
Does anybody have Olga's e-mail.
She knows certain hotels very very well.
I would like to ask her a specific question about a hotel she knows about.

Thank you,
Sue

Sue - I just typed "olga AND e-mail" into the search box and found a thread from 2003 that contains the following e-mail address:
olgamenright at netscape dot net

You are seeking the Olga who is one of our "Spain experts," correct?

For what it's worth, since this is a public board there just *might* be others here who could answer your question. And/or you could contact the hotel directly and ask them whatever it is that you need to know.

Dear Sue,

I did get your e-mail. I'm waiting to talk to the right person at Juderia about your booking. I'll reply as soon as I can.

Thanks!

Dear Olga,
Thank you so so so much for checking and followup.
We talked with Mari Guerrero and she is really nice and explained the whole things. #40 has been booked since August.
We are set for room #231, which sounds really nice, the honeymoon suite. My concern is it big enough for privacy for all 3 of us.
There is also #223 which has upstairs and downstairs, not available first night we are there.
They both sound great, what is your impression, please.
I think we will be happy with either, specially they sound so friendly and helpful.
If you talk with them please thank them for their care and being so curtious.
#231 or #223?

Thank you so so much,
Sue

Dear Sue,

I just replied to your e-mail without checking Fodors first. Read it, it has my opinion on the difference between the 2 rooms and one more alternative.
One thing I just thought of. Room 223 has a woodbeamed ceiling, which is gorgeous but very hot in summer. They have put an almost industrial size aircon unit in there, but I'm not sure it's enough for the high temperatures of July in Seville...
By that time, you will enjoy the beautiful roooftop pool and the spa they are building at the hotel. They are expected to be finished by June. I'm jealous! Maybe I'll get an associate discount...

Isn't Mari Cruz the greatest? I hope you find a good solution and have a great stay there.

Best regards,
Olga

Hello Olga,
I got your wonderful super helpful reply to my e-mail.
You have such a good point about the wood ceiling.
I think we are all excited to use #231.
Mari is really really good and very helpful.
She is not sure if the pool will be done by July. That will be so so great if that happens, otherwise we will use the bath tub.
It feels good that a decision is made and I have a picture of the room we will be in. Your guidance and clear description made it very easy decision.

Thank you Olga.
Come and visit us while we are there if you are not busy. It will be a great treat.

Hope to see you,
1,000,000 thanks with big smiles from us.
Sue and family
