I find that I get the best service when I call an airline's customer service line in the middle of the night (1 am or so). The folks on the night shift tend to be able to spend more time with each caller, as there are not so many callers in the queue. (Sometimes they are so chatty that I think they are desparate for someone to talk to!)

PS: No one has mentioned the biggest problem with the seats you are in. The last two seats in the back always back onto either the galley or the lavatory.
Either way it is a very noisy spot.

Sue, I have a seat assignment for my family from Philadelphia to CDG and we have Rows 10 and 11 A & B. What is wrong with Row 11 being the last row in the section? Thanks for the help.

OhNo! My family once got the back row on a 5 hour flight. It had been a long day, and the seats were bolt upright, at a 90 degree angle. It was incredibly uncomfortable. You are right to work on changing.
