Andy is exactly right. These coupons come via various means. I've found them in Val-Pac, in mailings from Hilton and as bill inserts from the NWA Visa card (which seems to be the most consistent way they show up for me.) You can also subscribe to the e-mail service on www.nwa.com and you may occasionally receive an e-version of the offer. The nwa.com club membership for $35 usually includes an e-coupon. (People give mixed reviews on the value of the nwa.com club, but I've always been able to recover the cost via the miles received up front and the ability to make use of one or more offers. They periodically open and close membership availability.) Pay attention to both the "tickets must be purchased by" date as well as the "travel must be complete by" date. Other typical restrictions have included not allowing for travel on Sundays. There are generally some blackout dates, too. At times it has seemed like I would always have one or more on hand with an offer in force. At other times, they've seemed to be more scarce.
