no wonder British Airways is in so much trouble! Have you ever tried to book anything with them over the phone?

There's an article in the Travel section saying that BA is turning away their telephone customers in favor of their website. The reason being is that they're implementing a new system and it's more efficient to book via the website for now. The thing is, I personally had 45 mins.+ wait way back in March. So I'm not sure why they cannot get the new system to work properly.
