new year in paris
My wife and I will be in paris for 5 days for christmas. We want new year to be different so we are thinking of going to disneyland paris. we are both in our mid twenties so will we find things to do there? Will it be silly going there without kids?

I wouldn't but hey, if you want to go, by all means go. We all have our own personal preferences.

Take the RER Line A - direction Marne-La-Vallee. Takes about 40 minutes.
Admission: $30 - $35 depending on season, time.
A combination ticket can be purchased at the RER station which will save you standing in line at Disney. This would include a round-trip ticket from Paris and your admission ticket. http://www.disneylandparis.com For more Paris information e-mail me: [email protected]

My husband I went on thanksgiving about 2 years ago, it was one of the conditions of me going to APris. He wanted Orlando and I won. I have to say as someone who didn;t want to waste time in France at Disney it was Beautiful in a disney way. If that makes anysense at all.
The entire park was dressed up for Christmas and they had the Christmas Parade of Lights and honestly it was beautiful. There are very few rides open and the attractions are less then exciting, but just to walk aaround and see the Christmas Decorations was great. I am a Christmas Crazy woman anyway.

I would never go there ever, in Europe or the US because I don't like that kind of stuff, so wouldn't tell you if it's silly or not for you to go. However, if you like amusement parks or Disney, why not -- I will say that I think there is an advantage in that it will be open NY day and most things in Paris will be closed, so that might be a good day to go if you don't have any other specific plans.
