New England Hotel

I haven't stayed there since I usually rent a flat when in London. But I know the area very well. It is a very convenient street on the border of Victoria/Pimlico. It is a short walk to Victoria train, coach and tube stations, so you can get everywhere easily.

There is a great 24 Hr internet cafe across the street from Vic. station. Buckingham Palace, Tate Britain, Chelsea and the river are a little farther but still within walking distance.

There are all kinds of restaurants/pubs nearby, and a shopping center and two tourist information offices inside the station.

It could not be a more convenient location.

Mary -Jo, I have not stayed there BUT I will be there the last week of August. I picked it out on the internet and it looks like a very nice hotel and the people are friendly that I have talked to. we will be in the same boat - but I bet we will be pleased with it! It is VERY convenient to everything!
