Explain how it works? Basically, it is an express train to and from London Heathrow Airport - Paddington Station. It only takes 15mins, whereas taking the underground jpurney would be about approx 40mins, depending on where your destination is.

Once you order your tickets online, you collect them at the ticket machines and board the train.
