Nerja, Parador or Paraiso del Mar???

I made a reservation at each. Paraiso is a lot more money. I have one night in Nerja and want to have access to the beach if possible. Opinions? is Paraiso really worth 150 euros when the parador is closer to 100 euros and I can park for free. Can I get to beach easily from Parador? And the downtown area?

As far as I recall, the Parador has a private lift down and up from the beach. From Paraiso you have to walk stairways.

moraben,
Paraiso is not worth the extra money. Also, there are some private condos right next door w/views and a nice pool for even less. You can find them on VRBO and UKrentals

I think the Parador would be your best bet. It has beautiful grounds and a lift to the beach. I like the Paraiso but for one night I don't think it is worth the extra money.

The Balcon (center) is about a ten minute level walk.

FrankS, do you think the Tuhillo apartments will rent for just one night?

moraben, I hope you have an enjoyable stay in Nerja.

You are right Judi,
Most if not all the owners there would want more than 1 night. I was giving them a plug because rentals have been slow recently for them. Its not the property(as you know), its the UK economy.
