Needed - Paris(latin qtr) Apt/Studio 3 People May1-9

I would like to rent an apartment or a studio, need a bed and a large couch or foldout couch. I need it from May 1st - May 9th. If anyone knows of anything, please let me know. I have tried many of the online services, but I am not getting much of a response, or they are completely booked. I am looking to be in the Latin Quarter, but do not want to go over $1,000. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Perhaps you could try looking on the Fusac website. It's a small-ads magazine for English speakers in Paris and there's a short-term rentals section. On the whole, it should be cheaper than going through an agency as you're dealing direct with the owner.

But it is very late to be looking for a flat for early May. Unless you are lucky and find something immediately you'll have to start looking for a hotel. But even w/ a hotel you should book something ASAP.

Dear Madhat,

I have two friends with studios in the Latin Quarter. Both rent for $1000 or less. The problem is that they may be too small to accomodate 3 guests.

These two apartments or on the web-site at http://www.lacigalelparis.com

You will have to contact the owners to make arrangements.

Good luck!!!

Ciao,

RJS

Check out www.paris-interiors.com. i have rented this studio for November, and dealing with Thierry has been a pleasure. it is a VRBO listing. Don't know about availability for your time frame, but worth a try. If not, try other VRBO.com listings.
