No need for a Swiss Pass.

The hike Muottas Muragl to Alp Languard is really just a walk. Hardly ever uphill (all in all 160 m up), often flat and some downhill (all in all 290 m). Most hiking books/websites give 2.20 h time for the walk/hike. Of course, breaks for photos and picnic or so add up ... Just make sure you take "Höhenweg via Unterer Schafberg", not the trail that goes over "Oberer Schafberg and Segantini hut". But that's not to miss. About 2/3 distance is this mountain hut/restaurant, perfect for lunch: http://www.schafberg.ch/

The hike Sils-Furtschellas - Fex Valley - Sils is also easy. Even less incline (139 m) but more decline (646 m). However, it sounds worse than it is - most of the decline is not steep, more gentle. See this website for pictures and more info (German, though): http://www.bergfex.ch/sommer/graubue...ex-sils-maria/
At least you can see the stats and a map with GPS data.

So, I'd do Muottas Muragl/Alp Languard first, Fex Valley the next day. Also, the first one is right above Pontresina, only a short bus ride to Punt Muragl necessary. The latter involves a longer bus ride to Sils.

Re: the glorious walk from Muottas Muragl to Alp Languard ...

Ingo did, of course, provide you with accurate information about how long that walk would likely take in his first response to your post, and I regret if my unnecessary interjection led to confusion. While it is true that I spent much longer to walk (and yes, it is a walk, not a hike) from Muottas Muralg to the cable car at Alp Languard, that's because -- as I said -- I stopped to take a ridiculous number of photos. I meant to convey how picturesque I found the walk, not how long or how strenuous the walk would be.

I am sorry if my post suggested that this stunningly panoramic and very easy walk would take more time than Ingo indicated.

No, KJA, you didn't lead me astray. But, I'm glad Ingo clarified what the walks are like. Sounds wonderful.
