I think she means a notice at the top or bottom to this effect: <BR>CONFIDENTIAL <BR>Please forward....

Miriam, I believe is very poor service to your customer to fax confidential information to an unsecured fax connection. For the record also, confidential information is supposed to state so in the top AND the bottom. If he asked you to fax it, then he should either be at the other side awaiting for it or fork the $$$ and express-mail it.

I just wanted to make sure that our client receives the document and that not somebody from the staff puts it in some drawer (had happened to me). <BR>But thanks again for your attention, I just got a call that everything went fine. <BR> <BR>Miriam
