I remember using a website that gave views of Paris streets in 3D. It's not mappy or pagesjaunes.fr or viamichelin. I've searched this forum and google without success. Was it my imagination or does such a site exist? Thanks for any help. Deborah

There was another excellent web site for views of Paris, but it closed about a year ago.

grimmy, no the site I remember using last year was not photos but showed the various businesses, hotels, places of interest on the street in a dimensional view. I'm sorry I realize my description is vague but so is my mind right now I'm just trying to help a friend. Thanks for your help though, Deborah

I hate when I know I've been to a site and can't find it again. Maybe it did close.

pagesjaunes is not photos. It "walks" you up and down the street. Put in the street address, you'll see the outside of the building and then can go up and down the street.

Pagesjaunes does consist of photos, that's what it is. That's what you see when you walk up and down the street, a bunch of photos of each address. YOu get them by clicking the word "photo" under the address listing. I read an article once about the woman who takes those photos, it was kind of interesting.

I can't quite picture 3D views of Paris on the web, but haven't seen it. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that except the maps in Eyewitness guides are sort of 3D (although not real detailed).
