Oh, the stopping and starting on the bus from Positano to Amalfi... I get sick just thinking about it.
Totally agree that KITTI needs to tell us if this is a fear or nausea issue.
I have no fear of any part of the AC roads, but I have motion sickness on those roads...

to fred_Mckenzie: I didn't say to rent a car. I said to hire a driver. I don't think someone who is not used to driving in Italy should be driving on the AC.
As far as sickness...As I mentioned before, the wheel goes immediately left, right, left, right.....you decide.

Thank you all so much for all of the advice concerning the winding and twisty roads on the Amalfi coast drive. My concern is the nausea not the scariness of the drive. Just watching the youtube of the Amalfi coast was enough to put me over right here on my computer. The suggestion to get to Amalfi and Positano from Naples was also a good suggestion. I had taken ginger pills on a cruise in Mexico and that did not help in the least.
Thanks again. We will find another way to get there or just visit Capri.
