The problem has been fixed
If you are still seeing the menu expanded, this means your browser cache needs to be cleared. The browser stores pieces of the all websites so it doesn't have to download everything every time. Holding down shift and reloading the page is the easiest way to clear your cache. If that is not working, you can try the following:
On a PC - Firefox or Chrome:
simultaneously click Control + Shift + R
On a PC - IE
click the F5 button
On a Mac - Firefox or Chrome:
Open Apple + R
An alternative is to look under the "Tool" menu at the top of your browser and look for "Clear History" and try clearing your browser history. This could remove more than the cache though.
