we will be in dresden nov 30-dec 2...hope to meet ingo...we will be home on dec 9...i made a mistake in the planning for dresden, because our whole day there is on a monday when much is closed, so we have decided to rush there on sunday pm in order to see a couple of things that are closed on monday
where are you staying..??..we had a reservation at the art'otel, but when we changed our dates by one day they could not accomodate us, so we are now staying at ingo's B & B suggestion: Pension am grossen garten...sounds very adequate to us....

rhkkmk-too bad we are not going to cross paths. Would have been nice for all of us to meet with Ingo. Last fall when we visited Dresden we did meet Ingo. He is a delightful young man and we enjoyed spending time with him; he was very helpful to us.

auntgrapes--just to follow up...have finally booked air...B/A on day flight with 2 day unexpected, but welcome, stop in england and then on to berlin and home from frankfurt $532 each inclusive....i'm delighted mainly because of the stop which allows us to visit friends...didn't dare wait any longer as was afraid i might have to give up dates or plans....kids still holding A/F res with corporate travel agent waiting for fares to drop???
