Naples to Ischia/ Grifo or Botania Relais

Naples to Ischia/ Grifo or Botania Relais
We arrive in Naples just before noon. After a long flight we are not sure if we should
A)stay that evening in Naples then to Ischia the following morning or
B) store our luggage at the port, eat pizza for lunch, explore, then take a later ferry over
I'm leaning towards B bc I would like get started with a full day in Ischia. That being said where should we store our luggage for a few hours?
Lastly, i am between booking Grifo Hotel Charme or Botania Relais. Anyone have advice on that as well? (Staying there 3-4 nights)
