I just read on another forum that Starwood has a new Luxury Collection hotel on Santorini, the Mystique Resort in Oia. I found a website with some information:

I am wondering if this is a new hotel or a former one that Starwood has purchased. It is scheduled to open early May 2007. We will be in Greece at the end of May and I would consider this hotel to use my Starwood points if I could find out info as to its actual location. I wouldn't want to be isolated so that it would be difficult to get to Oia to eat and shop. Does this hotel look familiar to anyone?

I found one website that said that the property was built in 1987 and remodelled in 2006 by Starwood, so that tells me they must have taken over an existing hotel, although I can't determine which one. Judging by photos I'd say they are on the far southern end of Oia Village. This would place them in the same general area of the Perivolas Villas, but probably a bit further out. You would be within 15-20 minutes' walking time to the main square of Oia. Between you and the main square are many restaurants and shops. Oia is small.

Lee, on the contact link the address is shown as Oia 847 02, Santorini, Greece. Does that give you any better idea where it is?

Only that it's in Oia. 84702 refers to the whole village. It's small.

According to this website, it is 20M to the nearest bus station, 20M to the nearest shopping facility and 200M to the center of Oia, so it doesn't sound too isolated. Now if I can only use my Starwood points.

If you click on the travel tips and access on their website, a page comes up with Vedema Resort in the header but Mystique in the text.
