murano jewelery

Just returned from a fantastic trip to Venice w/side trip to Murano to see glass blowers
would highly recommend the trip
Now at home wishing I had purchased more of the simple elastic glass bead bracelets to give for gifts
Does anyone know where I can order some on line?

Ciao Kathy

It will not be inexpensive but a nice selection of Murano glass jewelry.

If you go to Rome on your next trip there are a TON of shops with Murano jewelry along with just the beads around the Trevi Fountain area.

If you want Murano-made glass jewelry, you need to look for proof it was manufactured on Murano. Most of what you saw in Venice and on Murano was not made there but probably in China. This website claims to sell only Murano-made glass: http://www.glassofvenice.com/our_promises.php

There is a ton of Murano-type glass jewelry for sale on the internet and in cities throughout Italy. There's no way all of it could have been made on that tiny island.
