Calamari, Please keep your DIWs in your OBY when you are in Italy and tell your DH to CO and FUEN and then you and Scarlett can GTG and do a BS-M number.
Happy New Year to all!

JonJon - I must still be asleep. Your post made me dizzy.

Miss Scarlett - The MIL told me this a.m. that she is now thinking of making a small apartment for herself in the cantina below the main house to further our plan. Making more room for guests upstairs! Pup would love to romp the fields of olives and grapes I am sure!

Calamari- what a wonderful idea! It's my dream to move to Italy... It's nice to see it CAN be a reality!

I second the idea of a really good property manager. It's worth the cost to have someone local looking after your property. They can take care of keeping it occupied as well as any repairs, etc. that come up. There's companies that specialize in property management and there's also individuals who will give you more personal attention. Good luck!
