I haven't seen it, but I presume the French ad was meant to exhibit their idea that you can "feel at home anywhere", and can find a place to stay that is local, rather than hotels, even if there are no hotels.

I'm now airbnbing my little flat under my house. It's been working well, lovely guests and I've been called the hostess with the mostest. It's completely separate from my house so I'm happy with that. Not getting much exciting footage from my hidden cameras though......tee hee, jokes folks.
