I want to buy a Metrebus Monthly 3 zone Lazio Pass for June 2024. Am I now required to present a passport sized photograph and complete a form?

Is there an ATAC office at Fiumicino Airport where I can purchase the pass?

ATAC is Rome. Not Lazio. The airport is outside of Rome and I can't remember if any of the shops sell ATAC tickets. Maybe one of the book shops.

Do you need the full month? Where are you heading that you need the three zones?

That's the Cotral offer. You can order it online but looking at the request it doesn't seem aimed at tourists. The page requires an Italian address.

Metrebus is an integrated system... Cotral, Atac, and Trenitalia.

There are Atac and Trenitalia offices at FCO and probably Cotral as well.

I’ll be making day trips out of a Rome apartment for the month of June. A number of the trips are in the Orange zone. I can also use the monthly 3 zone Lazio pass to and from FCO and Roma Trastevere (confirmed with Atac that it is valid).

I’ll be using it in Rome as well, so it’s convenient as well as cost effective. I’ve used it on previous trips, just never had to fill out forms and have a photo available

Just to confirm with our 2024 trip, the monthly Lazio pass 3 zone was valid from FCO to Roma Trastevere, but not to Roma Termini. And we did not have to fill out a form or present a photo to purchase
