You can look up the complete timetables at the website for the Naples Airport: www.gesac.it

Also consider going by train:
The 5:30 a.m. Eurostar arrives at 12:30
The 7:00 a.m. Eurostar arrives at 13:30
(requires a change at Rome Termini)
The 8:00 a.m. Eurostar arrives at 14:30

The Eurostar service is quite good (either first or second class) and trains are usually punctual.

If you elect to fly, you will still use up the better part of half a day, considering the time spent going to the airport, checking in, flight delays, claiming luggage, etc. Also, most flights depart from Milano Malpensa, which is one hour (by bus or taxi) north of the City of Milan!

To be perfectly honest, I would take the 5:30 a.m. Eurostar train, unless you happen to be changing planes in Milan and taking a connecting flight to Naples.

Out of direct experience. A flight from Milano to Naples allows you to save no more than some 2 hours, often less, including the time you will need to reach the airports and all. But it costs much more than the Eurostar train ticket.
Eurostar trains reach Naples in 6 and a half hours and there is one every two hours (8.00, 10.00 etc.). The second class one way ticket costs 56,29 euro and the train departs from the center of Milano and arrives in the center of Naples.
