Milan to Genoa
Does anyone know the options (other than taxi) of getting from MXP to the train station in order to get to Genoa? Which train station would be easiest to reach? I have checked Trenitalia time schedules, but am not sure of what train stations these abbreviations mean: Which stations are "C", "LE", "LAMB", "ROG" stations?????? We are scheduled to arrive at MXP about 11:30 a.m. Thanks.

Hi Arielle - Your best option is the Malpensa Shuttle bus to Milano Centrale.
Bus departures are every 20 mins. Fare: €5.00
http://www.malpensashuttle.it/mxp-mil.htm
Buy tickets at:
http://www.malpensashuttle.it/e-biglietterie.htm
For train timetables/fares from Milano Milano Centrale to Genoa see:
www.trenitalia.com
Hope this helps ...

The timetables on Trenitalia will say:
"MI C. LE" for Milano Centrale. I don't know what brower you use, but using Firefox, when I hover my mouse over the name, the full name will come up.
Similarly, "MI ROG." shows "Milano Rogoredo"; and "MI LAMB" shows "Milano Lambrate".
