espresso, hot chocolate, roasted chestnuts sound divine! I am hoping for some light snowfall, but nothing that would cause flight delays.
Thanks again for all the input, and I'm off to check out hotels near Cadorna.

The Italian film director Luca Guadagnino says it rarely snows in Milan. He got lucky one day while shooting <i>I Am Love</i>, his gorgeous film set in Milan. The scenes he captured with real snow were breathtaking. But most of the snow in the film is the fake stuff.
