Milan Hotels
I searched the forum for Milan Hotels and didn't come up with much. Am I using it incorrectly?
Anyway, I'll be in Milan for my final evening in Italy. I'm having trouble finding a hotel near the Duomo that has availability for 150 Euro or less.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I have a booking in April for Hotel Atena - 80 euros a night for a single room. It is meant to be a 'pleasant 10 min walk' from the Duomo. I haven't stayed here before so can't really tell you more than that. See www.hotelatena.com

We just stayed in the Grand Verdi Hotel. It's not that close to the Duomo, (we took a subway and it did't take long) but the rooms were HUGE and I think we got a great rate from Expedia. I didn't mind giving up the close location for such a great room at a low price. The staff was so friendly and helpful and their buffet breakfast was great. (it included sparkling wine!)

Hi, modglila,
Can't recommend this personally because we haven't stayed there yet (we're booked in for 1 night in March), but the Locanda Leonardo is centrally located and is currently running a good special on their Web site: www.leoloc.com. Doubles are listed at 69.50 Euro per person from Feb 13 through Aug 6; click on "Special Offer" on the home page. Again, I have no first-hand experience with this place yet, but there are a couple of favorable reviews on this site and in guidebooks. Hope this helps!

The Central is el cheapo (about 70E's) but not bad...and in a fairly close-in location, walk to everywhere...justa street or two from the upscale areas of town, and the duomo is nmo more than ten minutes away. The Four Seasons it sur ain't...but comfortable, clean and well-situated.
